Delivery Rates:
For deliveries within Doha, we offer a flat rate of QAR 30.00, ensuring that you can enjoy our beauty products without the burden of high delivery charges. For orders outside Doha, the delivery charge is QAR 50.00, ensuring that customers across Qatar can access our premium beauty offerings.
Order Confirmation:
Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase. If you have any questions or require further assistance, our friendly customer support team is available to assist you.
Order Cancellation:
We understand that plans may change, and you may need to modify your order. You have the option to cancel your order up to 1 hour after placing the order. If you wish to cancel your order within this timeframe, please contact our customer support team, and we will process your cancellation request promptly.
Returns and Exchanges:
We gladly accept returns or exchanges if all products returned meet the following conditions:
• The items are unused and remain in their original condition.
• All Safa Beauty tags are intact and attached to the products.
• The items are returned in their original packaging, along with the original invoice.
• The return or exchange is initiated within 3 days of the purchase date, as indicated on the invoice.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for products with opened or tampered packaging. Additionally, damaged or soiled items may not be eligible for returns. It's important to understand that normal wear and tear is not considered damage or defects.
